Cassandra Davis-Beach, MBA, is a Texas Real Estate Broker, Senior Instructor, Coach and Mentor with over 30 years of experience. She is an award recipient of Texas REALTORS® Educator of the Year 2025. She is the owner of Realty Concepts Texas, a boutique brokerage and consulting firm, and CDBR-Training. Cassandra earned her MBA from Texas A&M-Commerce and studied international marketing in Beijing, China. She holds numerous designations and certifications including the coveted Certified Residential Specialist® (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative® (ABR), Graduate Real Estate Institute® (GRI), Certified International Property Specialist® (CIPS) and the Certified Real Estate Broker® (CRB).

As a credentialed instructor, she has taught thousands of agents all over Texas. She consistently brings vast knowledge, current information, relevance, and humor to the classroom. Cassandra is committed to education and believes that Realtor® ethics as well as access to current data and trends are key differentiators. Cassandra serves on the Professional Development and Diversity Committees, the Texas A&M University-Commerce Alumni Board, and is a proud volunteer for Junior Achievement of Dallas, Inc. and a community volunteer in Richardson, Texas. Cassandra and her husband, Gary, enjoy traveling, cooking and bicycling.
